NELL REGAN

Nell Regan is a freelance writer based in Dublin. Her poetry is widely published in Ireland, Britain and the US and her debut poetry collection, Preparing for Spring (Arlen House, 2007) was shortlisted for several awards including the Glen Dimplex New Writing and Strong First Collection Awards In 2010 she was the recipient of Literature Bursaries from the Arts Council and Dun Laoghaire/Rathdown County Council. In late 2011 she will be attending the International Writers Programme, University of Iowa as a Fulbright Scholar and International Fellow. She has also published historical biography and travel pieces.

MONICA BOYLE

Monica Boyle is a painter and exhibits throughout Ireland and England. She has exhibited at the National Theatre, London and has work in several national collections. Her work is concerned with themes of memory and legacy and focuses on the vestiges of lives and events that are now past or absent Her most recent installation work uses personal mementos, letters, photographs and constructed archival materials to reflect on the traces of our lives that we leave behind.
